Thank you for visiting and shopping at Luminati Film. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

North American Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

IMPORTANT NOTE - shipping rates based on a quantity and size for ONE shipment. Quantities of more than 1 unit will be recalculated and you will be notified should there be additional charges. Should you not wish to proceed with additional charges, you can request to cancel your order for refund at no cost.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipments are sent via UPS.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Luminati Film ships to addresses within Canada, the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We do not suggest providing a PO box as packaging may be too large to accommodate.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Luminati Film is not responsible for any customs applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, non-sales taxes, etc.).

Shipments within Canada are subject to local sales tax rates. Taxes will be added to your order at checkout.

Damages

Luminati Film is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Luminati Film may at its discretion choose to send you a new package.  Pls contact support@luminatifilm.com in this scenario.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the Canada and U.S.
